However as a company we acknowledge the fact that customers may not always be satisfied with the product or service we supply and for that reason we have a very simple refund policy which is as follows:-
Should you require a refund for a physical item, a full refund will be given up to 30 days from date of purchase subject to the item being in an unused condition with it's original packaging in tact.
Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
For the none tangible services we supply refunds will be given on a pro rata basis.
However should we negligently fail in our duty of care to you a full refund may be available, please contact us to discuss the issue further.
Professional Office aims to process refunds within 5 working days. However if we are unable to meet this deadline we will write to you with the reason and confirm a date you can expect your refund.
